Return & Refund Policy
30-day return requests
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product to request a return. Ordinary change-of-mind returns must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and in original packaging. Opening packaging alone does not remove your ability to request a return if these conditions are met.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the request. Please obtain return authorization and instructions before sending the item. Our return address is ummberhaus, 2 Rue de la Voie Blanche, 10370 Villenauxe-la-Grande, France.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem; photographs can help us assess it. The ordinary unused and original-condition requirements do not prevent claims for these issues. We will review the appropriate remedy with you, including a return and refund where applicable.
Return shipping and fees
We cover return shipping costs for our errors, damaged products and defective products. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping to the authorized return address in France. We charge no restocking fee.
Refunds
After your return or claim is reviewed and approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it. Contact us if you have questions about a refund.
